Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Sorry NO C.O.D. Orders.

Due to an increase in fraudulent money orders, we are no longer able to accept US
or International Money Orders.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise:
In the case of damaged merchandise please contact UPS immediately at
1-800-PICK-UPS. Please have available the UPS tracking number located on the
UPS label on the box. All goods must be returned to UPS in the original box with all
of the original packaging materials. Failure to do so may delay the shipment of
replacement goods. All claims must be made with UPS within 3 business days of
delivery.

Southern Merchandising Group is not responsible for event dates. Please be aware
of our shipping time and allow yourself enough time in the event damage occurs
during shipment. All replacement merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground at no
charge. However, customers needing express shipment (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day
Air, 3-Day Select) of replacement items will be responsible for the extra charges of
that shipment.

Refunds:
15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee from time of delivery or your money back less
shipping. Contact our Customer Service at 1-800-797-2887 before returning
merchandise for any reason. All returned goods will be accessed a 15% restocking
fee. Sorry, no refunds on used goods or edible flowers.

Phone orders accepted Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST. Internet
orders accepted 24 hours.
