All orders are shipped via UPS.
UPS Express Shipping (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day) is now available as well
as UPS Ground Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Sorry, NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS with the exception of Canada, this includes all
FPO and APO addresses as well as Puerto Rico.
Canada Customers should choose the following shipping options:
UPS Standard (5-6 Business Days Shipping)
UPS WorldWide Expedited (4-5 Business Days Shipping)
UPS WorldWide Saver (2-3 Days Shipping)
All other shipping options are for US Contingent States Only.
Canadian customers will have to pay taxes and duties on the invoice amount when
the merchandise is received.
We are now offering our Crystal Splendor Cake Stands & Designer Cake Stands duty
free to Canadian Customers as they are all manufactured in the USA.
Hawaii & Alaska now has the option for UPS Ground Shipping (5-6 Business Days).
Flat Rate Shipping is currently unavailable for these locations.
Delivery Time:
At Southern Merchandising Group, we try very hard to ship all items out immediately.
However, due to high ordering volumes during the summer months and en route
shipping time to some states you should allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery for our Flat
Rate UPS Ground shipping. UPS Express Shipping is now available during checkout.
For customers needing their merchandise to ship the same day, you will need to call
Customer Service at (501) 654-8886. All orders with UPS Express Shipping will ship
within the next 24 hours.
